My Thoughts: So far so good. I think its a pretty good nail base coat. It makes my nails feel stronger, when I apply it. Although, my nails do peel sometimes but, that's from using too much nail varnish remover (my fault) but otherwise I think this product is very good. I would repurchase it but, its a bit hard to find and I'm considering purchasing Beauty Secrets Moisturising Base Coat (when its in stock, -_-). I do have to say that when I use this as a base coat my nails feel strong, grow out well and break less. All in all I would say that the claims seem to be valid.
How do I use it: After removing old nail varnish, washing my hands and drying them ... I apply this polish to my nails (and free edges, if I have any) allow to dry and then apply my nail colour of choice. I try to use this once a week and it seems to work well for me. I really like it :).
