Anyone who has used a product for their body knows that Vitamin E is one of the most important vitamins for your skin. I did some research and came to the conclusion that the 2 best foods to eat are sunflower seeds (first place) and paprika (second place).
I recommend eating 70 grams of sunflower seeds per day (70 grams=100% of your daily need). Or put some stoved paprika into your spaghetti (100 grams=100% of your daily need). But do some research because there are more foods and remember not all sources are reliable!
